" I see the world in colour.  Not just the colour we see with our eyes, but the colour we feel with our souls.  My work celebrates the feeling of  being fully alive. Inspired by the beauty and wisdom of the natural world, I use intuitive colour and flowing form to create artwork that invites stillness, wonder, and connection. Each piece is meant to be lived with—a gentle reminder of the beauty, hope, and quiet magic that surrounds us every day.

Let your walls come alive!

Some of my story....

After growing up in a small town in Southern Ontario, I now live nestled on a quaint, little horse farm not far from where I grew up.  As a teenager, you would often find me sitting somewhere with a pencil in my hand, sketching my favourite subject...horses.  Early in my art career, I enjoyed sketching pet portraits and commissions for people. My main medium was soft pastels.

Now, I would be considered an abstract realism artist and I love to work in layers of different media.  After all, isn't that the stuff we are all made of?  My process usually begins with charcoal and graphite. You may even find some ink and collage in the early layers. I finish in oil because I believe oil gives the painting life and breath.

Everyday, I find myself blessed to be able to spend my days in my art studio overlooking my beloved horses grazing peacefully in their paddocks.  My hope is to bring a feeling of aliveness to those who find a draw and connection to my art.
